After speaking with him on the phone, not a voicemail and not an answering service, I was able to explain the issues going on with both my fridge and my dishwasher. He quickly had an idea of what the issue was and promptly made a next day appointment. Steve was outgoing and approachable. He was able to dig right in and quickly solve the problem all while chatting with friendly banter. He was really quick and efficient to get our parts and get back to us. We had a bad leak in our washer. He came out quickly to fix what we thought was the problem. There ended up actually being 2 problems and Steve was completely on top of it. Because he guarantees his work, he included the second fix in the flat rate of the first fix. He is awesome!!!
