Steve saved me! He fixed two dishwashers and two washers within a week and even showed up on a Friday night is response to a panicked text about my flood. Very efficient at fixing multiple brands, very fair price, great advice for keeping appliances is good working order, and a really good guy. I will call him again!

Intermountain Appliance just came to my home and replaced the fan in my refrigerator. Steve did a great job determining what the problem was and then went to parts store and picked up the part to make the repair. No return trip needed. Steve came highly recommended by neighbors and now I know why. He was great! He was extremely fair, helpful and kind. He actually didn't even charge us for the visit because it would cost more to repair than the microwave is even worth and we're moving anyways. We greatly appreciated him taking our situation into account and giving us his honest advice on what to do. We'll definitely call him again for any future repair needs and we'll recommend him to our family and friends.

They were convenient to get a hold of and came out the next business day. Had our fridge fixed the next day when the part arrived. Everything was straight forward and reasonable. Also had a good experience when they serviced our oven two years ago.

Steve was excellent, I'm always wary of finding a new repair man. After speaking with him on the phone, not a voicemail and not an answering service, I was able to explain the issues going on with both my fridge and my dishwasher. He quickly had an idea of what the issue was and promptly made a next day appointment. Steve was outgoing and approachable. He was able to dig right in and quickly solve the problem all while chatting with friendly banter. I'd highly recommend his services.

Responsive, fast, reasonable and friendly. The best part is they expressed they work on everything worth fixing. Several turned down working on my Bosch dishwasher but not them. Will use them again but hoping it's not anytime soon.

Steve was awesome! He was really quick and efficient to get our parts and get back to us. We had a bad leak in our washer. He came out quickly to fix what we thought was the problem. There ended up actually being 2 problems and Steve was completely on top of it. Because he guarantees his work, he included the second fix in the flat rate of the first fix. He is awesome!!! He definitely knows his stuff and we won't be using anyone else in the future.
